Human trafficking is a very real tragedy in our world. On Thursday, October 28 people will have the chance to learn more about the horror of human trafficking, both domestic and international.
Trick or Trafficked is a seasonal campaign in Central Kentucky designed to throw a spotlight on the terrible exploitation of people for pleasure and profit. The Trick or Trafficked event, set to take place October 28 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at the Central Library on Main Street in downtown Lexington, will feature a panel presentation, a documentary highlighting one form of human trafficking as well as suggestions for how ordinary citizens can become modern-day abolitionists.
